Avis Car Rental at 11 Airport Road, Champaign Airport, Savoy, Illinois.

Upon reading other reviews I see we are not alone. We should have read them first!

We rented a car from this location, everything was great! The only problem we had was when we returned it...we were charged for services we we had communicated we would like to wave in person. Upon calling the location to discuss, we were rerouted to customer service, who pointed the finger at the branch. After speaking with five different people, the agent we spoke to in billing, was rude and abrasive, upon asking (politely) to be transferred to a manager, he claimed there was no manager and placed me on hold. We will not be using Budget/Avis moving forward, I hope this review helps someone to circumvent the headache we have had.
